The Blue Handle
I built this because I was tired of training around my equipment instead of with it. Every handle I picked up was either too small, too awkward, or just not made for the way arm wrestling actually works. So I designed my own — and I haven't touched anything else since.
The Technique That Changed Everything
The first time I studied Alan Zoloev's inside training I knew I was looking at something different. His cupping and internal rotation methodology wasn't just a style — it was a science. The problem was there was nothing on the market built to train it properly. That's what pushed me to create The Blue Handle. Wide enough for full arm clearance, thick enough to challenge your fingers, and long enough for your forearm to lock in naturally. Finally a tool that matches the technique.
Engineered for the Pull
The roller is where everything comes together. 180mm of carbon fiber reinforced grip surface, 55mm thick to challenge your fingers and build real pulling strength. The knurling pattern was dialed in specifically for arm wrestling training — enough texture to hold through heavy sets, refined enough that your skin isn't paying the price after every session. Precision bearings keep the rotation smooth and consistent through thousands of reps, so the only thing you're fighting is the resistance — not the equipment. No chalk required. No slipping. Just consistent, confident grip every single rep.
"Stop Buying. Start Training." is the kind of line people remember. Speaks directly to the frustration of wasted money on equipment that never gets used.
You've seen it in action. You've felt the grip. Now look at what's underneath. Every part of The Blue Handle was engineered with one purpose — to make you better at the pull. The rod, the bearings, the roller, the frame. Each one chosen for performance, not cost. This is what it looks like when an engineer and an athlete are the same person.
