On July 5th, 2023 I picked up a camera and started recording myself training. That was it. No big plan, no audience, just me trying to hold myself accountable for my own fitness journey. I never thought @PlamenTheArmwrestler would turn into what it is today — a channel that has taken me across the world to compete and connect with arm wrestlers in the United States, Japan, Vietnam and more. I started it to track my progress. What I didn't expect was to fall completely in love with it. Somewhere along the way it stopped being about accountability and started being about passion.

I'm an engineer and creator by nature — The more I trained, the more I noticed something that bothered me. Too many handles, too many tools sitting in a corner collecting dust because they weren't built for real training. So I decided to build something myself. Something I would actually use. That's what Ready Go is — it's not a brand I started to sell products. It's the result of genuinely wanting better tools for this sport. The Blue Handle came first, designed around the inside hook technique I've been obsessing over, and built to last. This is just the beginning.
